Solent Boat Training run courses on our Bavaria 37 cruising yachts, with dedicated classrooms and 7 RYA Yachtmaster instructors on our training staff all in Shamrock Quay marina just 1 mile from Southampton city centre we can offer the complete range of RYA sail cruising courses including RYA Competent Crew and RYA Day Skipper.
We have these 5 day courses running each week from a cost of £399 in low season up to £699 during the high season. We are a professional RYA training centre that specialise in low ratio courses meaning just 4 students rather than the normal 5 students per course.
RYA Sailing Courses Progression Ladder
The RYA Sail cruising scheme starts with either the Start Yachting course for those who have never sailed and just want to try a 2 day course or for those who know they enjoy sailing the 5 day competent crew course.
