£395.00Why not navigate the Solent with its comparatively sheltered waters, which offers Skippers the opportunity to visit the many anchorage sights, ports, harbours and just cruise the open waters of the Solent. In addition you will be able to cruise along the beautiful coastline of the mainland, including those of the Isle of Wight, whilst taking in the splendours of our local waters.
With so many places to visit, you will spoilt for choice. Offering a variety of Ports, Harbours and Marinas, good food, facilities and amenities are always on hand to suit everyone. The Solent offers everything from, pubs and shops near by, anchorage and mooring options for lunch stops and visits, while ensuring you can maximise your time afloat.
Our Ribcraft Pro 6.8 rigid inflatable is fully coded, with all the required safety equipment, including: liferaft, lifejackets and life saving equipment to meet MCA standards. All you need to bring is yourself and a crew to share the day with.
During your handover, you and your crew will be given a full and in depth brief, ensuring you are conversant with the location of equipment and its use, as well as advice on where to visit during your charter.
Insurance
We would advise that Charter customers ensure they have suitable holiday insurance in place, prior to booking. This should cover your costs and/or losses due to cancellation or loss of any personal property. We do not offer personal insurance, but there are many to choose from on the market.
Terms
* Please Contact Us for details of Qualification Requirements prior to Booking. The Skipper Must hold the RYA Day Skipper Practical (Sail) Certificate or above (Gained within UK Tidal Waters) and Must have at least one Crew member who holds the RYA Competent Crew (Sail) Certificate.
** All Charters are restricted to the the Categorised Waters of the Solent. (You will be briefed of the limitations of the Solent during your handover). If you require further details, please contact us prior to your booking, to avoid disappointment.
(1) Handovers are to take place during the hours agrred. Any late or delayed handovers will incur a £20 per hour charge. (Due to Marina Security and Access limitations, there will be no access to the vessel without a member of staff present. Please do not attempt to board the vessel without a member of staff present and a full handover has been completed.
(2) Return time is agreed. A charge of £100 per hour will be charged for any late return, without prior agreement.
